Therapies & Modalities
Every experience is designed to support intentional recovery.
Each therapy and modality you find here works with the body’s natural systems helping you reconnect, restore, and build lasting resilience.

This is not about temporary relaxation; it’s about creating real, sustainable change. Through the purposeful use of heat, cold, breath, movement, and community, you’ll build a stronger, more adaptive body and mind ready to meet life with energy, clarity, and balance.

Connection Hearth
Our connection hearth is a welcoming communal space centered around a warm fireplace, designed for relaxation and meaningful connection. After experiencing contrast therapy, breathwork, or any of our therapies and modalities, this space provides the perfect environment to unwind, reflect, and integrate the benefits of your session. The gentle warmth of the fire soothes the nervous system, promoting a deep sense of calm and grounding.

Cool Plunge
Our cold plunge (around 6–12°C) rapidly cools the body, reducing inflammation, increasing circulation, and boosting endorphin levels. This form of contrast therapy strengthens resilience by training the nervous system to manage stress more effectively. Cold immersion is also known to improve mood, support muscle recovery, and enhance mental clarity.

Warm Plunge
Our warm plunge (typically around 36-38°C) provides a soothing environment for muscle relaxation and stress relief. The heat promotes blood flow, eases joint stiffness, and calms the nervous system, making it an excellent tool for winding down after intense activity. Warm water immersion can also improve sleep quality by lowering cortisol levels and encouraging deep relaxation.

Mineral Plunge
Our mineral plunge, typically around body temperature (34°C), is enriched with therapeutic minerals like magnesium, which are absorbed through the skin to promote relaxation and muscle recovery. This immersion helps replenish essential nutrients, reduce stress, and support detoxification. The mineral-rich water soothes the nervous system, making it an excellent option for deep relaxation and overall well-being.

Sauna
Our sauna room is designed to promote sweating, relaxation, and detoxification. The high temperatures encourage muscle relaxation, improving circulation, and stimulating endorphin release, helping to reduce stress and tension. Regular sauna use can also enhance cardiovascular health, support recovery, and improve sleep quality.

Steam
Our steam room provides a warm, humid environment that soothes the respiratory system, hydrates the skin, and helps to clear toxins through sweat. The moist heat encourages deep relaxation, reduces muscle stiffness, and can improve breathing by opening up airways. Steam therapy is especially beneficial for stress relief, promoting a sense of calm and rejuvenation.

Breathwork
Breathing in flow is a controlled breathing practice that regulates the nervous system, reduces stress, and improves mental clarity. Techniques such as diaphragmatic breathing and rhythmic breathing help lower cortisol levels, increase oxygen flow, and enhance overall emotional balance. Practicing breathing in flow regularly strengthens resilience to stress and promotes a greater sense of calm and focus.

Somatic Stretching
Moving in flow focuses on slow, intentional movements that retrain the nervous system and release deeply held tension. This practice improves mobility, reduces chronic pain, and encourages a deeper connection between the mind and body. By promoting relaxation and body awareness, moving in flow is a powerful tool for stress management and long-term well-being.

Acupressure Mats
Our acupressure mats are designed to stimulate pressure points on the body. By lying on the mats, the body experiences a gentle, invigorating pressure that triggers the release of endorphins, the body’s natural painkillers and mood enhancers. This process helps reduce muscle tension, promote relaxation, and alleviate stress.

Reflexology
Our reflexology mats applying pressure to specific points on the feet, hands, or ears, which correspond to different areas of the body. They assist in stress management, as they help stimulate relaxation, improve circulation, and restore balance to the nervous system. By promoting a deep state of calm and reducing tension, reflexology can enhance overall well-being and support the body’s natural ability to cope with stress.

Compression therapy
Our compression therapy tools uses controlled air pressure to improve circulation, reduce swelling, and enhance muscle recovery. By promoting blood flow and lymphatic drainage, it helps decrease muscle soreness and speeds up recovery after physical exertion. This therapy is especially beneficial for athletes and individuals experiencing high levels of stress-induced fatigue.
