We’re not a day spa even though the space feels luxurious, calming, and beautifully designed. State of Being is built for something deeper: intentional recovery.

Think of it like a gym but for your nervous system, your mind, and your body. It’s where science meets stillness, and performance meets restoration.

Because true recovery isn’t one-size-fits-all. Your body, your mind, your life they’re unique, and your recovery journey should be too.

You can guide yourself independently through the space or follow one of our personalised Protocols, designed to target a specific outcome such as deeper sleep, sharper focus, increased energy or greater resilience.

Each protocol is sequenced to work with your physiology in a way that teaches your body to regulate and regenerate.​Think of it as a training program for your nervous system building balance, adaptability, and strength from the inside out.

Intentional, consistent, and guided recovery is the key to not just a better state of being, but a more powerful and resilient one.

A State Session

A State Session is our signature recovery experience. An evidenced based journey tailored to your physiology and state of mind. Each session combines intentional recovery protocols & breath-driven restoration that regulates, restores and resets your body and mind for lasting clarity, balance & performance.

A Sleep State

A Sleep State session prepares your body and mind for deep,

restful sleep. Combining gentle, rhythmic breathing technique,

this practice helps slow your heart rate, quiet racing thoughts,

& activate the parasympathetic nervous system in preparation

for a restful nights sleep.

Run & Recover

A Run & Recovery Session is a guided performance session that blends evidence-based breathwork, nervous system regulation and contrast therapy to help you train smarter and recover faster. Each session includes running & breathwork followed by a rapid recovery protocol.

FAQ

Do I need to book? Yes. We want everyone to have a great experience. We want booking to be easy so using our on-line booking system (momence) or give us a call if that's easier 0473075155.

How long can I stay? Our protocols generally take between 30-45 minutes but if you would like to stay a little longer your welcome for up to 1.5 hours.

What do I bring? Bring a small bag with your bathers, towel & drink bottle.

What do I wear? We recommend males wear bathers/sports shorts and females wear bathers/ active wear. Our therapies and modalities require moving from the dry to wet areas and bathers & active wear are the most pragmatic clothing option that enables a smooth transition.

Do I need to be fit or skilled to use your services? No experience or level of fitness is required.

What hours are you open? Monday to Friday - 6am to 9pm Saturday - 6am to 6pm Sunday - 9am to 6pm

Can my child/ teenager use the facility? Children as young as 12 are welcome into the facility accompanied by an adult over the age of 18 who is also using the facility at the same time. For teenagers aged 15 and under they are welcome into the facility accompanied by an adult over the age of 18 who is also using the facility at the same time. For teenagers aged 16 and over they are welcome into the facility without adult supervision. Teenagers must be 16 years of age to use the Finnish Sauna.
