Membership T&C's

Visits include access to therapies and modalities for 1.5 hours.
Memberships are for a minimum 3-month period (12-weeks) with fees deducted weekly from the payment method on file.
If you would like to upgrade your membership this can occur at any stage and will come into effect from the next billing cycle.
If you wish to cancel your membership you must provide notice in writing seven (7) days prior to the next billing cycle.
Refunds are not provided for services not utilised within any billing period.
Memberships can be placed on hold for a maximum one (1) week period in any three (3) month membership period, due to holidays, illness or other life circumstances, notice must be provided in writing seven (7) days prior to the next billing cycle.
Founding Membership Status is void upon membership cancellation.
Memberships paid in full for a period of 3, 6 or 12 months attract a 5% discount.
