75 me. doesn’t happen inside a studio, gym or wellness centre.There’s no schedule to follow, no class times, and no one watching you do the work. This is done in your real life, at home, at work, between training sessions, during busy weeks & quiet ones.
 

Not a performance program.

There are no workouts to complete and no physical targets to hit. 75 me. isn’t about pushing harder or doing more, it’s about building consistency where it actually counts.
 

Not externally driven.

There’s no leaderboard, no hype, and no one keeping you accountable except you. This is about choosing to show up, every day, for yourself.

75 me. for individuals

75 me. is a simple but intentional framework built around five daily rituals, completed every day for 75 days.

Each ritual targets a core pillar of nervous system function and capacity:

  • Hydration: supporting cognitive clarity, energy & stress tolerance

  • Refuelling: eating to stabilise mood, focus & performance

  • Sleep: protecting recovery, decision-making & regulation

  • Reflection: building awareness, not judgement

  • Breathing: training your nervous system to shift state on demand.

 

These aren’t hacks.

These are micro-practices designed to be done in real conditions, not perfect ones.

FAQ

What is 75 me.? 75 me. is a FREE 75-day nervous system training framework designed to help people build the ability to intentionally choose their state. Dialling up or down depending on context, and returning to a preferred baseline when pressure passes.

What does 75 me. cost to participate? 75 me. is FREE. There is no cost to access the framework or participate.

Is this a fitness or wellness program? No. There are no workouts, classes, or physical targets. 75 me. focuses on simple daily micro-practices applied in real life. 75 me. is also non-clinical and not therapeutic. It does not replace counselling, psychology, or EAP services.

What does participation involve? Participants complete five simple daily rituals involving: hydration, refuelling, sleep, reflection, & breathing.

How much time does it take? Most people spend 10–20 minutes per day.

What are the expectations on organisations who participate? Organisations are asked to: • Nominate an internal champion • Endorse the initiative internally • Encourage leadership participation Content expectations: Organisations contribute three reflective pieces across the 75 days: 1. Launch alignment 2. Mid-point reflection 3. Integration reflection Content is non-clinical, non-identifying, and internally approved.

Is participation mandatory? No. Participation is voluntary.

What happens if I miss a day? Nothing. There is no restarting or penalty.

Is any personal or health data collected? No. No personal health data is collected.

Is anyone required to share publicly? No. Public sharing is optional.

What are the expectations of individuals who participate? Participants are invited to: • Engage voluntarily • Apply the daily rituals • Return after missed days There is no tracking or monitoring. Participants are encouraged (not required) to follow State of Being on Instagram or Facebook. Public sharing is optional.

Where does State of Being fit? State of Being leads the framework and offers optional pathways for deeper experiences.
