A Sleep State

A Sleep State is an intentional downshift, a journey that prepares both body and mind to let go, slow down & deeply restore.

As you arrive, the world quietens. Your breath lengthens, tension softens, and the constant hum of thought begins to fade. Your sleep journey invites your system to move from alert state to at ease, heart rate slows, as your lead through the warmth of the Salt Pool, Finnish Sauna, Hot Mineral Soak & Aromatherapy Steam before being guided in a breathwork meditation. Warmth wraps around you, and stillness becomes weightless.

This is where science meets surrender, where the body relearns how to rest and the mind follows. You don't drift off here: you reset the rhythm of rest.

FAQ

Do I need to book? Yes. A Sleep State runs on Tuesday & Thursday nights 7:30-8:30pm and is limited to 10 participants. We want booking to be easy so using our on-line booking system (momence) or give us a call if that's easier 0473075155.

How long can I stay? A Sleep Session generally takes on hour but if you would like to stay a little longer your welcome for up to 1.5 hours.

What do I bring? Bring a small bag with your bathers, towel & drink bottle. Some people like to bring their PJs to wear for the guided breathwork & meditation.

What do I wear? We recommend bathers or active wear for the wet areas and light weight pants and top for the guided breathwork & meditation.

Do I need to be fit or skilled to use your services? No experience or level of fitness is required.
